Process
A structured workflow that keeps projects predictable and transparent.
From first inquiry to delivery, we follow a clear sequence of review, quotation, prototyping, controlled production, finishing, and inspectionโso you know what happens next and when.
Workflow
How projects move from requirements to delivered parts
A repeatable process designed for industrial customers: clear inputs, documented decisions, and controlled execution.
1) Inquiry
Send drawings, specifications, quantities, and deadlines.
2) Technical Review
We review requirements, tolerances, materials, and use-case.
3) Quotation
You receive a clear offer with lead time and scope.
4) Prototyping
Rapid iterations to validate the design.
Execution
From prototype to stable production
Once the technical approach is agreed, we run production with controlled parameters and finishing steps aligned to your acceptance criteria.
5) Production
Small-batch or serial production with controlled parameters.
6) Finishing
Post-processing, surface treatment, and preparation for assembly.
7) Quality Check
Inspection and documentation against agreed criteria.
8) Delivery
Secure packaging and delivery coordination.

Process FAQs
Common questions about how we handle industrial projects.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yesโconfidential handling of customer data and designs is part of our standard way of working. Share your NDA requirements in your inquiry.
Do you provide DFM feedback?
Yes. During technical review we can propose practical changes to improve manufacturability, cost, and lead time.
What information is required for a quotation?
At minimum: drawings/3D files, material preference (if known), quantity, and deadline. Tolerances and surface requirements help us quote accurately.
How do you handle revisions during prototyping?
We agree on iteration goals, track changes, and confirm the updated scope and lead time before moving forward.
Can you support repeat orders?
Yes. For stable parts we can lock parameters, define inspection points, and support repeatable small-batch or serial production.
Do you provide inspection documentation?
Documentation can be provided on request, aligned to your drawings and acceptance criteria.
